Procore (en-CA)

What is Procore's uptime?

Procore anticipates that potential disasters could take the form of one or more types of events:

  • Hardware failure (e.g. server or disk failure)
  • Software failure (e.g. database or application failure)
  • Natural or man-made disaster (e.g. earthquake, tornado, etc.)

For each type of disaster, Procore has a zero-recovery time objective – in other words, we have designed our system to prevent against all types of downtime. Our objective is 99.99% uptime for our system architecture, excluding regularly scheduled, pre-announced systems maintenance updates, which are conducted outside of standard business hours. The net result of these protective measures translates into about 4.5 minutes per month.
