Add Photos Entries to Daily Log (Android)

Objective

To add Photos entries to the Daily Log on an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the project's Daily Log tool.
      AND
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the project's Photos tool. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Daily Log tool on an Android mobile device.
  2. Tap the date for which you want to create a new entry. 
  3. Tap Create New icon-create-new-android.png.

Take and Add a New Photo to the Photos Log

  1. Tap Camera.
  2. Position your camera and tap the shutter release button to capture your image(s).
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Edit information for the photo(s) as desired.
  5. Tap Upload Photos.

Add Existing Photos from your Device to the Photos Log

  1. Tap Camera.
  2. Tap Gallery.
  3. Tap the photo(s) you want to add.
  4. Tap Done.
  5. Tap Next.
  6. Edit information for the photo(s) as desired.
  7. Tap Upload Photos.

Select Existing Photos from the Project's Photos tool

  1. Tap Photos from Procore.
  2. Select the album containing the photos you want to add.
  3. Tap the photo(s) you want to add.
  4. Tap OK.
