Email Deficiency Items to Any User (Android)

Objective

To email deficiency list items to any user using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' permissions on the project's Deficiency List tool.
  Note: 'Read Only' level users cannot be assigned to a deficiency list list item.
- 'Standard' permissions on the project's Deficiency List tool for users who are listed as Default Deficiency Item Managers in the Deficiency List configuration settings, see Configure Advance Settings: Deficiency List.
Additional Information:
- The deficiency list item must have already been created and saved before it can be sent.

Navigate to the project's Deficiency List tool using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
Tap the deficiency list item you want to email.
Tap Email .
Tap into the following fields to enter the appropriate information:
- To: Add the user(s) who will receive the email.
- CC: Add the user(s) you want to copy on the email. Note: As the creator of the email, you will be automatically copied on the email.
- BCC: Add any user(s) you want to blind carbon copy on the email.
- Subject: The subject of the email is automatically populated with "FW: Item: [ #]: [title of item ]". You can edit the subject as necessary.
- Optional Comments: Add any additional comments that will be visible on the email.
Tap Send.
