Add a Photo to a Deficiency List Item (iOS)
Objective
To add a photo to a deficiency list item from your iOS mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' level permissions or higher on the project's Deficiency List tool.
Steps
Add a New Photo
- Navigate to the project's Deficiency List tool from your iOS mobile device.
- Tap the item you want to add a photo to.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap Camera.
- Tap the circle to take a photo.
- Optional: Add markups to the photo using the markup toolbar.
- Tap Save.
Note: You can continue taking photos to add multiple photos to the item. - Tap Done to add the photo(s).
- Tap Save to save the changes.
Add an Existing Photo
- Navigate to the project's Deficiency List tool from your iOS mobile device.
- Tap the item you want to add a photo to.
- Tap Edit.
- Tap Attachments.
- Select one of the following options:
- Choose from Library: This will take you to the photos in your device's library. You can then select an image to add to the log.
- Files: This will take you to items available in the Files folder on your iOS mobile device.
- Locate and select the photo(s) you want to add.
- Tap Done.
- Optional: Add markups to the photo using the markup toolbar.
Note: The markup mode is only available when only one photo has been selected. - Tap Save to add the photo to the item.
- Tap Save to confirm the changes.
