Set Current Project for Equipment

Objective

To set the current project for equipment in the company's Equipment tool.

Background

You can assign equipment to multiple projects and mark its current project to see where it is being used when viewing the company's Equipment register.

To see all projects equipment is assigned to, see View Equipment Project Assignments.

Things to Consider

Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
  2. Hover over the equipment record and click the edit icon-edit2.png icon.
  3. Click the Projects tab.
  4. Hover over the current project.
  5. Click Current Project.
  6. Click Save.
