View an ERP Unsyncable Direct Costs Report

To view the 'Unsyncable Direct Costs Report' when your Procore project is configured to work with certain integrated ERP systems.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Read-only' level permission and above on the project's Reports tool
      • 'Admin' level permission and above on the project's Budgets tool
      • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Prime Contract tool.
  • Limitations:
    • You can only export the Unsyncable Direct Costs Report as a PDF or CSV at the Project level.
  • Not all ERP integrations sync direct costs. Additional requirements, considerations, or limitations might apply depending on the ERP system your company is integrated with. See Things to Know about your ERP Integration for details.


  1. Navigate to the project's Reports tool.
  2. Click the ERP Unsyncable Direct Costs link.
  3. Next to the Export Data As label, click PDF or CSV to export the Unsyncable Direct Costs Report.
