Configure Company Details in Workforce Planning


To configure company details in Workforce Planning.

Things to Consider

    If data syncs are enabled, no Company information is synced between Procore Core Tools and Workforce Planning.


  1. Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
  2. Click the Configure Settings icons-settings-gear.png icon.
  3. Click Company.
  4. Update the following company information:
    1. Company Name. Enter your company's name.
    2. Corporate Address. Enter your company's corporate address.
    3. Corporate Address 2. Enter your company's corporate address, continued.
    4. City/Town. Enter your company's city or town,
    5. State/Province. Enter your company's state or province.
    6. postcode. Enter your company's postcode.
    7. Country. Enter your company's country.
    8. Currency. Enter your the currency your company uses.
    9. Date Format. Enter your company's date format.
    10. Contact Name. Enter your company's contact name.
    11. Contact Phone. Enter your company's contact phone number.
    12. Contact Email. Enter your company's contact email address.
    13. SMS #. This reflects the phone number from which SMS alerts and messages are sent. See What is an assignment alert in Workforce Planning?
      Note: Message and data rates may apply when sending or receiving SMS messages.
    14. TBD Duration (Weeks). Enter the default number of weeks for workforce assignments, for projects that do not have an end date.
    15. Company Timezone. Select your company's time zone.
  5. Click Save.
