View the Workforce Requests List
Objective
To view the Requests List to see a list of workforce requests.
Background
The Requests List provides a list of all open workforce requests that have been submitted. You can choose what information to display as well as arrange the columns in the order you prefer.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool and 'Admin' level permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.
OR
'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Workforce Planning tool with 'View Requests' granular permissions within the Workforce Planning tool. See Create Permissions Templates for Workforce Planning.

Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Workforce Planning tool.
- Click Requests and select Requests List.
- Select the Group.
- Click the columns icon to select the columns to show on the list.
- Mark the checkboxes for the columns you want to show:
- Project. The project associated with the request.
- Project #. The project's project number.
- Job Title. The assignee's job title. See Configure Job Titles for Workforce Planning.
- Tags. The request's tags. See Configure Tags for Workforce Planning.
- Status. The request status. See Configure Request and Assignment Statuses for Workforce Planning.
- Start Date. The request's start date.
- End Date. The request's end date.
- Created by. The user who created the request.
- Category. The project's category. See Create Project Categories for Workforce Planning.
- Subcategory. The project's subcategory. See Create Project Categories for Workforce Planning.
- Created. The date the request was created.
- Start Time. The request's start time.
- End Time. The request's end time.
- % Allocation. The percent of the assignment's allocation. See What is a Workforce Allocation Type?
- [Custom Fields]. Custom fields that are created for requests appear at the end of the list.
- To change the order in which the columns appear, click on the column header and use a drag-and-drop operation to move it to the desired location.
- Click Save.
