Reassign a Coordination Issue
Objective
To reassign a coordination issue to another user in the project.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permission on the project's Coordination Issues tool.
Note: Users must have 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to be added as an assignee.
- 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permission on the project's Coordination Issues tool.
- Additional Information:
- You can only reassign a coordination issue to another user if you are listed as the Assignee on the issue.
Note: 'Admin' users can change the assignee for a coordination issue by editing the Assignee field on the issue. See Edit a Coordination Issue. - A coordination issue cannot be reassigned if it is in the 'Elevated' or 'Ready for Review' status.
- After you reassign a coordination issue, the action will be added to the issue's Activity Feed.
- Any changes made in the Coordination Issues tool at app.procore.com will automatically sync with the Procore plugin. If you make an edit in the plugin while you have the Coordination Issues tool open in your browser, you will need to refresh the page in order to see the changes.
- You can only reassign a coordination issue to another user if you are listed as the Assignee on the issue.

From the Procore Plugin for Coordination Issues
- Open the Navisworks® application on your computer.
- Open the model you want to view.
Note: Make sure the model is associated with a project in Procore. See Associate a Model with a Procore Project. - Click the Procore tab to open the Procore plugin.
Tip! Click the title bar of the Procore plugin and drag it to the right side panel of the application so you can easily view both Procore and your model at the same time. - Hover over the issue you want to reassign, then click the Respond drop-down menu.
- Click Reassign.
- Click the New Assignee drop-down menu to select a user.
Note: Only users with 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to the Coordination Issues tool are available to select. - Optional: Enter a comment in the Comment text box.
- Optional: Click Add to add a snapshot of the model.
- Click Update.
Note: A banner will indicate that the issue was successfully reassigned, and the coordination issue will update with the new assignee listed.
From the Documents Plugin for Autodesk®
- Open Revit® on your computer.
- Navigate to a 3D view in the project browser of Revit®.
- Click the Procore tab.
- Click Coordination Issues.
- In the Coordination Issues side panel, select the project in Procore.
- On the coordination issue, click the information icon.
- Click the 'Assignee' field and select a new assignee.
Note: Changes are automatically saved when you click out of the field.
From the Coordination Issues Tool
- Navigate to the project's Coordination Issues tool on app.procore.com.
- Click Info next to the coordination issue you want to reassign.
Tip! Use the Filter drop-down menu to filter issues by Assignee. - Click Reassign.
- Click the New Assignee drop-down menu to select a user.
- Optional: Enter a comment into the Comment text box.
- Optional: Click Attach Image or drag and drop an image file to add it to the comment.
- Click Update.
Note: The coordination issue will update with the new assignee listed.
