Objective

To download a form to your computer from the Forms tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • To download a form not marked as 'Private': 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Forms tool.
    • To download any form: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool.

Steps

Download a Form from the Forms List View

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Open next to the form you want to download.
    This opens the form in a document viewer.
  3. Click the icon-download-arrow.png icon and select Download Modified Form or Download Blank Form.

Download a Form from the Form's Info Page

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Info next to the form you want to download.
  3. Click the icon-download.png icon next to the file name.
