Objective

To export a Project level inspection as a PDF or CSV.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the Project level Inspections tool.

Steps

Export the Inspections log as a PDF or CSV

To export the log view of some or all of your project's inspections:

  1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
  2. Search and Filter for Inspections.
    Note: When you click the PDF or CSV button, it will export only your filter/search results. If you wish to export all inspections, do not filter or search your log.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Click the PDF or CSV button.
    Note: The file will download to your computer's default "Downloads" folder.

Export an Individual Inspection as a PDF

  1. Navigate to the Project level Inspections tool.
  2. Click View next to the inspection you wish to export.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Click the PDF or PDF w/ Observations
    • Clicking the PDF option will export a PDF with the inspection items and activity log.
      Note: the PDF will open from a new tool in your browser.
    • Clicking PDF w/ Observation will export a PDF with the inspection items and activity log as well as each observation created from an inspection item.
      Note: You must have 'Admin' level permissions on both the Inspections and Observations tool to see this option.
