Updated 'Root Cause Analysis' And 'Observation Types Configuration' Pages (12/3/2018)

Updated the Company level Admin tool to add progress indicators (i.e., table loading spinners) on the 'Root Cause Analysis' page. Also updated the 'Observation Types Configuration' page to match observation types and added a tooltip that displays if an observation type is in use on a project and added a BLUE caret to show that users can edit observation types inline.

Project Observation Templates: 'Default Assignee' Can Now Have 'Standard' Level Permission Or Higher (9/3/2018)

Updated the Project level Observations tool so that when users create an observation template, they can now select users with 'Standard' level permission from the 'Default Assignee' drop-down list. See Observations: 'Default Assignee' on Project Observation Template Can Now Have 'Standard' Permission.

Added Quick Observations (8/3/2018)

Quick Observations allows you to create a library of common observation items that can be organized under preset categories. Default titles, trades, and types can be assigned to these common observations. When a Procore user creates a new observation from a mobile device, they can select one of these templates, which auto-populates fields on the new observation item with default information from the template. Users can then add or edit information as needed, save the observation item, and move on. This allows users to select common observation items from their library and create new observation items more efficiently and with significantly less typing. See Observations: Quick Observations.

Added 'Timesheet Status' Column To Custom Reports (21/2/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add the 'Timesheets Status' column from the Timesheets tool to custom reports. When a report includes this column, users can filter and sort data by PendingApproved, or Blank. As illustrated below, authors can drag-and-drop the new column to include it in the report. Then, when the report is published, end users can apply their desired filter/sort options to organize items by status. See Reports: Added 'Timesheet Status' Column to Custom Reports.

Moved Views from Right Sidebar to Tool's Header (30/1/2018)

Updated the Observations tool to change the location of the different views from the right sidebar to the tool's header area.

Added New Root Cause Analysis Fields for the Observations Tool (30/1/2018)

Updated the Observations tool to add new root cause analysis fields named, 'Hazard', 'Contributing Condition', and 'Contributing Behavior'. These fields are available in new observations created with the Observations tool (see Create an Observation) and new observations created in the Inspections tool (see Create an Observation from an Inspection). To configure these fields, use the Admin tool. See Add Root Cause Analysis Fields and Delete Root Cause Analysis Fields.
