Updated Deficiency Items To Display Linked Drawings When 'Published' (5/12/2017)
When a deficiency item is linked to a drawing, the deficiency item will only display that link when the deficiency item on the drawing is published.
Changed Name Of New Granular Permission for Viewing Deficiency Items (28/11/2017)
Changed the name of a new granular permission from 'View All Company Deficiency Items' to 'View Private Deficiency Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company'. This is a more specific description for the checkbox label. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.
New Granular Permission For Viewing Company Deficiency Items (21/11/2017)
Added a new 'View All Company Deficiency Items' granular permission that grants a user the privilege to view all deficiency items assigned to colleagues within their same company (including deficiency items marked as 'Private'). See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.

Added the 'Due Date' and 'Date Created' filters to the list of deficiency item filters in the project's Deficiency List Tool.
Added Clear Option For Inline Edits On Deficiency Location & Type Fields (14/3/2017)
Updated the Deficiency List tool to add a clear option (i.e., a delete token that appears as a gray 'x' in the user interface) to the cells in the Location & Type columns on the Deficiency List index page.
Added 'Include Sublocations' CheckBox In Filter Drop-Down List (13/2/2017)
Added an `Include Sublocations` checkbox to the Location filter in the My Deficiency List Items page.
Deficiency List Import Maximum File Size Is 1MB
The maximum file size for a Deficiency List import is restricted to 1MB. See Request a Deficiency List Import and Import Deficiency List Items.
New Layout For Deficiency List Tool (23/1/2016)
Updated the Deficiency List tool with a new layout for the My Deficiency List Items page. This layout is similar to the new layout in the Submittals and RFIs tool. The Search and Add a Filter fields now appear at the top of the Deficiency List page. In addition, the filters are sticky and will be applied to your next session, unless you click the Clear All link.
Changed 'Date Initiated' To 'Date Created' In Deficiency List Tool (18/1/2017)
Updated the Deficiency List tool to change the 'Date Initiated' field label to 'Date Created' throughout the tool.
Added 'Response Date' For Custom Deficiency List Reports (16/1/2017)
Updated the Reports tools to add the 'Response Date' column to custom reports that include data from the Deficiency List tool.
