Added Ability for Supervisors to Approve Timesheets
Updated the Timesheets tool to add the ability for supervisors to approve timesheets. This feature will help to ensure that timesheets are ready for payroll and increase accountability with time entries. Once a timesheet is 'Approved', the timesheet will not be able to be edited until the timesheet is "unapproved" and moves back to the default status of 'Pending Approval'.
