What are Super Private correspondence types?

'Super Private' correspondence types are controlled by an optional setting configured by a Procore point of contact during a company's account implementation or the initial setup of the project's Correspondence tool. Reach out to your Procore point of contact for more information about the setting.
Correspondence items created with 'Super Private' correspondence types require different permissions to access them.
Users with the 'View Private Items Accessible to Users within Same Company' granular permission enabled on their permissions template and users with 'Admin' level permissions on the correspondence type can view 'Super Private' correspondence items if one of these statements is true:
- They are the item's creator (items with all statuses)
- Another user in their company is the item's creator (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- They are one of the item's assignees (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- Another user in their company is one of the item's assignees (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- They are one of the item's distribution members (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- Another user in their company is one of the item's distribution members (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- They were added to the item's Received From field (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
- Another user in their company was added to the item's Received From field (items with Open or Closed statuses only)
