What are the default columns in the Contracts tab of the Commitments tool?

By default, the following columns are available in the Contracts tab of the project's Commitments tool. Although you cannot add or remove columns to the Contracts tab, you can choose to show or hide the columns that display. To learn more, see:

Contracts Tab

The table below details the data columns that are available in the Contracts tab of the project's Commitments tool. 

Column Name Column Format Details
# Number Shows the purchase order or subcontract number.
Contract Company Text Shows the name of the company responsible for completing the work for the contract.
Title Test Shows the name entered in Procore for the contract.  
Status - Shows the current status of the purchase order or subcontract. To learn about the default statuses, see What are the default commitment statuses in Procore?
Executed Yes/No Shows whether or not the contract has been executed. 
Original Contract Amount Currency Shows the amount for the original contract. 
Approved Change Orders Currency Shows the amount of all change orders associated with the contract currently in the 'Approved' status.
Revised Contract Amount Currency Shows the revised contract amount after any 'Approved' change orders. 
Pending Change Orders Currency Shows the amount of all change orders in the 'Pending' status. 
Draft Change Orders Currency Shows the amount of all change orders in the 'Draft' status. 
Invoiced Currency Shows the amount that has been invoiced on the project. 
Payments Received Currency Shows the amount of any payments received. 
% Paid Percentage Shows the percentage of the contract amount that has been paid to date.
Remaining Balance Outstanding Currency Shows the remaining balance for the contract. 
Signatures Required User Name If you have enabled the Procore + DocuSign integration,  this shows the name of the person from whom a signature is pending.
