Create a Deficiency List Item from a Location (Android)

Objective

To create a deficiency list item from the Locations tool using an Android mobile device.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Deficiency List tool.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Locations tool using an Android mobile device.
2. Choose one of the following options to select a location:
   • Scan a QR code.
     1. Tap QR Code and point your camera at the QR code. See Scan a QR Code in the Locations Tool (Android).
   • Select a location from the list manually.
     1. Select the location that you want to create a deficiency list item from.
     2. Tap Done to confirm the selected location.
3. Tap the plus  icon.
4. Tap Deficiency List.
   
   
    
5. Select a template to use for the new item, or tap +Create Deficiency Without a Template.
6. Tap into the fields to enter the appropriate information. See Create a Deficiency List Item (Android).
7. Tap Save & Finish to save the new deficiency list item and return to the Locations tool.
   OR
   Tap Save & New to save your changes and begin a new deficiency list item.
   Note: The deficiency list item is automatically added to the location and the Deficiency List tool.
