Directory
Updated The Default Setting For The Users Tab To Group Users By Company (3/29/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tools so that now, the 'Group By' menu setting for 'Company' is the default setting for the Users tab. See Switch Between Views in the Company Directory and Switch Between Views in the Project Directory.

Added Edit Button to Inactive Companies Tab (3/29/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tools (Default View) to add an Edit button to the Inactive Companies page. Users can now edit records from the Companies or Inactive Companies page. See Edit a Company in the Company Directory and Edit a Company in the Project Directory.

Added ERP Badge And Banner To 'Group By Company' View (3/29/2018)

Updated the 'Group by Company' view in the Directory to include the ERP badge and banner for qualifying users.

Added An Inactive Vendors 'Edit' Button In The Directory Legacy Views (3/29/2018)

Added an Edit button to inactive vendors in the Legacy Directory views.

Improved Company Import Template Now Available (3/28/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tools to provide a new Vendor Import Template (import_template_vendors_XXXXXX.xlsx). With the new template, the 'Required' columns have been moved to the beginning, making it easier to complete the required data entry. Improved User Import Template Now Available (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tools to revise the User Import Template (import_template_users_XXXXXX.xlsx). Prior to this release 'Required' columns (see RED column headings) were spread out across the Add Data Here worksheet on the template. With the new template, the 'Required' columns have been moved to the beginning, making it easier to complete the required data entry. Added Tracking For Insurance To Change History (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Directory tool to add change history tracking to the Insurance tab for a vendor profile. End users can now see insurance changes in the vendor's Change History tab. See Add Insurance for a Vendor in the Company Directory and Add Insurance for a Vendor in the Project Directory.

Added 'Bid Due Date' Column to Custom Bidding Reports (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tool to add a 'Bid Due Date' column to custom Bidding reports.

New 'Project Estimated Value' Column In Reports (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company and Project level Reports tools to add a new 'Project Estimated Value' column. This column is available to users with 'Admin' level permission on the Reports tool. Users can enter a Project Estimated Value using the new Project Creation Assistant in the Portfolio tool.

Updated The Drawings Tool So Closed Punch Pins Show Grey On Vector Export (3/30/2018)

Updated the Vector Export feature in the Drawings tool to change punch pins to grey when the punch item is closed.

Schedule
Added Support For Asta Powerproject 13.0.0.1 Files & SureTrak (3/26/2018)

Updated the Project level Schedule tool to support Asta Powerproject 13.0.0.1 files and SureTrak (STX) files. See Which Asta Powerproject file formats are supported by Procore? and Upload a Project Schedule File to Procore's Web Application.

Added 'Executed' Column To The Commitments Tool (3/28/2018)

Updated the Commitments tool by adding an Executed column that is inline-editable.

ERP Integrations
Enabled the Send to ERP Button in the New Project Creation Assistant (3/29/2018)

For users with permission to create projects in Procore, we've streamlined the experience by introducing the new Project Creation Assistant. With this new experience, you can now create projects consistently and efficiently across your company. Configure the project's toolbox, set up cost codes & cost types, add companies & people, and upload drawings & specifications in one continuous setup flow. Renamed the Change Orders Tab (3/26/2018)

Updated the Company level ERP Integrations tool to rename the 'Change Orders' subtab to the 'Commitment Change Orders' tab. In the future, Procore will be introducing the "Prime Contract Change Orders" tab, so the system needs to clarify that "Change Orders" tab is only for "Commitment Change Orders".

Timesheets
Deployed Minor Cosmetic Updates To The Timesheets Tool 'Add Employees' Window (3/30/2018)

On the Timesheets tool, deployed minor cosmetic updates to the 'Add Employees' window.

Updated The "Approve" Button On Timesheets To Grey (3/29/2018)

On the Timesheets tool, changed the color of the 'Approve' button from orange to grey.

The 'Approve' Button On Timesheets Is Hidden For Timecard Entries Created In Other Tools (3/28/2018)

Updated the Timesheets tool so now the 'Approve' button is hidden on timecard entries that were created from the Company level Timecard tool or the Project level Daily Log tool.

Updated The Timesheets Tool So Trash Icons Only Appear When Hovering Over The Row (3/28/2018)

Updated the Timesheets tool so now trash icons only appear for a timecard entry when a Timesheets Admin user hovers over that line item.
