Create a Change Request for a Prequalification Form


To create a change request for a prequalification form.


A change request is a way to ask a clarifying question to gain more information and to update a prequalification form that has already been submitted.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Admin' on the company's Prequalifications tool.


  1. Navigate to the company's Prequalifications tool.
  2. Click View next to the company you want to create a change request for.
  3. Click Request Change.
  4. Fill in the following information:
    • To: Select the user you want to send the request to from the drop-down menu.
      Note: This field automatically populates with the user who was invited to prequalify.
    • Subject: Enter a descriptive subject for the request.
      Note: This field automatically populates with the subject line "<Your Company Name> Prequalification Change Requested".
    • Change Requested: Enter any necessary information that describes what is needed from the user.
  5. Click Send.

Once the change request is sent, the Submission Status on the prequalification form will change to Change Requested.
