Add Tender Leveling Notes to a Tenderer
Background
The Tender Leveling Notes feature allows you to add specific notes for each tenderer directly within the tender leveling phase of the project. This functionality helps you document and track communication, considerations, and other important information related to each tenderer's submission. The Tender Leveling Notes apply to the entire tender rather than a specific line item.
