Generate a Project Status Report in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning

To generate a Project Status Report in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning.


The Project Status Report is a report showing the status of all your projects in Procore, grouped by market, building, and project type. When you generate a project status report, a PDF of the report is generated and downloads to your computer. The data points in the report are fixed, and offer a similar overview to the Project Dashboard. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Full Access' to the project or higher.
      Note: Users with 'Full Access' permissions can only generate a Project Status Report for the projects they have access to.


  1. From the Dashboard, click the Reporting tab.
  2. Click the Project Status Report tab.
  3. Optional: Fill out any of the following fields to filter the report:
    • Building
    • Year
    • Region/Market
    • Stage
    • Group By
  4. Click Generate My Report.
  5. The PDF report automatically downloads to your computer.
