Create Custom Fields for the Timesheets and My Time Tool (13/12/2021)
Procore has added the ability to create custom fields for the Timesheets and My Time tools. These custom fields function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. See Create New Custom Fields.
New Template Correspondence Types (03/12/2021)
Procore has added new template correspondence types to the Company level Admin tool based on popular construction use cases and recommended practices. These template correspondence types have unique default fieldsets and can be added to one or more projects after a user with the appropriate permissions adds them to your company's Procore account. New PDF Configurations for Exported Meetings (23/11/2021)
Procore has added new PDF configurations in the Company level Admin tool to allow users to make modifications to PDF exports from the project's Meetings tool. Users with the appropriate permissions can create new PDF configurations and choose which phone number is listed for each attendee (business phone number or cell phone number), select a different layout for the attendees table (or remove it from the exports), and update the disclaimer footer text included on the last page of the exports. After it is created, the meeting PDF configuration can be assigned to one or more projects and optionally can be set as the default meeting PDF configuration for new projects. Correspondence Tool Added to 'Account Information' Page (18/11/2021)
If your company's account has licensed the project's Correspondence tool, the Correspondence tool will display in the 'Custom' product category on the 'Account Information' page in the Company level Admin tool. See View Account Information.
'File Uploads' Custom Field Type Now Available for Correspondence Tool (26/10/2021)
Users can now select 'File Uploads' as a field type when creating custom fields for the project's Correspondence tool. See Create New Custom Fields.
Create Custom Fields and Custom Sections for Commitments (09/10/2021)
Procore has added the ability to create custom fields in the Company level Admin tool for the project's Commitments tool. These custom fields function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. See Create New Custom Fields. In addition to custom fields, Procore has added the ability to create custom sections for the project's Commitments tool. Custom sections allow you to group custom fields together in one or more separate, user-defined sections. Custom sections are displayed below a commitment's 'General Information' section. Custom sections allow you to group custom fields together in one or more separate, user-defined sections. Custom sections are displayed below a prime contract's 'General Information' section. Procore has added the ability to create custom fields in the Company level Admin tool for the 'Project' fieldset. Changing the 'Project' fieldset modifies the 'Project Details' page (used when creating new projects) and for the 'Project Settings > General' page (used when updating projects) in the Project level Admin tool. These custom fields function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. See Create New Custom Fields. In addition to custom fields, Procore added the ability to create custom sections for the 'Project' fieldset. Custom sections allow you to group custom fields together in one or more separate, user-defined sections. new Configurable Fieldsets for Commitments and Prime Contracts Tools (12/08/2021)
Users with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool can now create configurable fieldsets for the project's Commitments and Prime Contracts tools to designate which fields are required, optional, or hidden within projects. NEW CONFIGURABLE FIELDSETS FOR TIMESHEETS AND MY TIME TOOLS (12/07/2021)
Your company's Procore Administrator now has the ability to create configurable fieldsets for the Timesheets and My Time tools. This new feature enables your company to define which fields are Required, Optional, or Hidden in these tools. In addition, you can also configure unique settings for each tool (in the past, these tools were required to share the same settings). 'Sub Job' Added as a Configurable Field on Configurable Fieldsets for RFIs (18/03/2021)
When creating or updating configurable fieldsets for the project's RFIs tool, users with the appropriate permissions on the Company level Admin tool can now choose to make the Sub Job field hidden or visible to users who create an RFI in one or more projects. Create Custom Sections for Correspondence Tool (28/01/2021)
The Correspondence tool now supports custom sections that can be created at the company admin level when modifying a fieldset and adding custom fields. A custom section is a separate grouping of 1 or more custom fields. The section name is defined by the user and is respected on web, export PDF and mobile.
Company Level Embedded Experiences (22/01/2021)
Embedded Experiences allow users to access partner applications - all without ever leaving Procore. Now, integrated applications displaying company-level information, like a company level reporting dashboard, are available without having to navigate to a specific project in Procore. Additional Custom Field Types for Observations Tool (20/01/2021)
Users can now select from following field types when creating custom fields for the project's Observations tool: Company, Project Directory User (Single Select), and Tool User (Single Select). See Create New Custom Fields.
