To edit existing custom fields.

Steps

Rename a Custom Field

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Project Settings' click Fieldset.
  3. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  4. Click Edit next to the custom field you want to edit.
  5. Enter a new name for the custom field.
  6. Click Update.

Manage Selection Options for a 'Single Select' or 'Multi-Select' Custom Field

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Project Settings' click Fieldset.
  3. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  4. Click Edit next to the custom field you want to edit.
    • To add options, click Add Options and enter the option in the field. Then click Done.
    • To edit an option, click into the field and edit the text. Then click Done.
    • To show or hide a option the in the dropdown list, mark or clear the 'Active' checkbox. Then click Done.
  5. Click Update.

Edit the Field Description for a 'Read Only Entry' Custom Field

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Project Settings' click Fieldset.
  3. Click the Custom Fields tab.
  4. Click Edit next to the custom field you want to edit.
  5. Enter new text for the custom field.
  6. Click Update.
