Set Tenderer Information for a Company in the Project Directory


To set tenderer information for companies in your project's Directory tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Admin' on the Project level Directory tool.
  • We recommend that you set Tenderer information at the company level; company level information will transfer to the project level. since Company level information will transfer over to the Project. See Set Tenderer Information at the Company Level.
    Note: You may also set project-specific tenderer information that will not link with the Company level Directory.


  1. Navigate to the project's Directory tool.
  2. Click Edit next to the desired company.
  3. Click the Tenderer Info subtab.
  4. Choose from these options:
    • If you are updating a company record for a U.S. government job that requires disclosure of the following information, mark the checkboxes that apply to the company.
    • If you are updating a company record where collection of such data is not required or prohibited by law in your jurisdiction, please disregard the checkboxes and proceed to the next step. 

  5. Set trades and cost codes so that company will appear when searching by trade or cost code in the Tendering tab.
    • Cost Code: Select which cost codes apply to this company/cost codes you wish to search for and have this company pull up when searching for tenderers on a tender package. See Search for and Invite Tenderers.
    • Trade: A generic description to classify what kind of work this company does. (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, etc.) If this is not set up already, you can add trades to your company by following the instructions in Add or Delete Trades.
  6. Leave a Comment: This section is designed to assist you in your decision making when searching for tenderers.
    • You have the option to leave a comment on their work rate their work with a 1-5 star system. (Note: The star rating system will appear when searching for tenderers in Procore.)
    • Attach any relevant files for your records.
  7. Click Save to save your changes.
