Delete a Meeting Item


To delete a meeting item from a meeting in the project's Meetings tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Meetings tool. 
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Meetings tool with the 'Manage Meeting Items' granular permission enabled on your permissions template.
  • Additional Information:
    • When you delete a meeting item, the item is permanently removed from the meeting and cannot be retrieved. 


  1. Navigate to the project's Meetings tool. 
  2. Click the Meeting Title.
  3. Click the Delete icon-delete-x.png icon next to the category.
    Note: If the 'x' is gray, you must first change the Status of the meeting item to 'Closed'.delete-meeting-item.png
  4. Click OK to confirm.
