Update a Primavera P6 Schedule in Procore Drive


To update a project's schedule by uploading a revised Primavera P6 schedule file to Procore Drive.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permission on the project's Schedule tool.
  • Additional Information:
    • In order to perform the steps below, you must have a computer running:
      • A supported version of Microsoft Windows.
      • Oracle’s Primavera P6 Professional Project Management software.
    • Important! The schedule file cannot be updated in Procore. After modifying the schedule in Primavera, you can use the steps below to upload and apply the updated project schedule in Procore.



  1. After updating the schedule file in Primavera, open Procore Drive on your computer.
  2. Select your company name and project from the drop-down menus.
  3. Click the Schedule tool.
    Note: Make sure that the Schedule ID aligns with the Project ID of the file that you want to upload.
  4. Click Export Schedule to upload the updated project schedule to your project in Procore. It will take a few minutes for your schedule to finish the upload process.
    Note: If you would like Procore to automatically send a notification to members of your team when schedule updates are uploaded to the Schedule tool, mark the 'Upon Schedule Changes' option in the Configure Schedule Notification Emails.
