Procore Drive - Setup Guide

To download and install Procore Drive on a PC or laptop computer running a supported version of Windows.

Things to Consider

  • Procore Drive can only be installed on a system running Microsoft Windows 7 or newer. It is NOT supported on earlier versions of Microsoft Windows, iOS devices, or the OS X operating system.
  • Procore Drive can only be installed by a user profile with Admin rights to the computer.
  • Procore Drive observes the same user access permissions as the Procore web application. For example, to upload files to the Documents tool, your user account must be granted 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions to the Documents tool.

There are three (3) ways to install Procore Drive on a Windows computer. Choose the installation scenario that works best for you:

  • If you want to install Procore Drive on a single computer and make it available to any user, see Machine-Install Procore Drive.
  • If you already installed Procore Drive and want to update to the latest version, see Update Procore Drive
  • If you want to install Procore Drive on your Windows computer for the first time, see below.

Install Procore Drive for the First Time

  1. Click the link below to download the latest version of Procore Drive:

Note: Download links are also available in the Documents, Emails, Photos, and Schedules tools on the Procore web application.
  2. After the download completes, the installer should launch automatically. If it does not launch, you can open the installer one of the following ways:
    • From your browser:
      • Go to the 'Downloads' area of your browser, and click ProcoreDriveSetup.exe.
    • From your computer:
      • Right-click the Install Procore Drive icon on your desktop and select Run as Admin
      • Locate the ProcoreDriveSetup.exe file in the Downloads area of your computer. Right-click and select Run as Admin.
  3. Wait for the installer to finish.
    • The installation typically requires approximately one (1) minute. To avoid running a second instance of the installer, always wait for the installation to complete instead of attempting to run the installer a second time.
    • The default installation path for Procore Drive is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Procore Technologies\Procore Drive. This cannot be changed.
  4. When installed, Procore Drive launches automatically. If it does not launch, double-click the Procore Drive icon on your computer's desktop.
You can now log in to your account and begin using Procore Drive. See Log in to Procore Drive.
