Admin

Add Classification for Labor/Workers

Admin users can now enter a list of classifications for your laborers or workers into Procore so that you can better capture classification of your workforce when entering timesheets. See Add a Classification.

Daily Log

Observed Weather Conditions Added to Configurable Fieldsets in the Company Admin Tool

The Observed Weather Conditions log now supports configurable fieldsets, meaning Company Admins can control which fields in the Observed Weather Conditions log are required, optional, or hidden. This release allows for more flexibility in logging and managing delays. Emails

Create a Change Event from an Email

Users with 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to the Emails and Change Events tool can now create a change event directly from an email in the Emails tool. See Create a Change Event from an Email.

Inspections

Inspections 'Due Date' Updates

Inspection 'Due Dates' have been added to PDF exports from the Inspections tool and can be added as a column in custom reports. Users designated as 'Assignees' on an inspection will receive automatic email notifications if an inspection they have been assigned to is overdue.

ERP Integrations

New ERP Integration Tab for Change Order SOVs

Procore has added a new, dedicated tab on Prime Contract Change Orders (PCCOs) and Commitment Change Orders (CCOs). This tab gives ERP-integrated project users the ability to map a change order's Schedule of Values (SOV) to contracts that are synced with an integrated ERP system. Timesheets

Added Ability to Configure Timesheet Columns

Added the ability to hide, show, and reorder columns in the Company Timesheets tool by clicking the vertical ellipsis (⋮).
