How do I add someone as an employee of my company?
Background
If you're an account owner of Procore, you will want to make sure to specify which people in your Directory are employees of your company. This way, you will be able to add those employees in the Crews tool and add time entries for those employees in the Daily Log, Timecard, and Timesheets tools.
Answer
You will need 'Admin' permissions on the Directory tool to be able to add someone as an employee of your company.
- Navigate to the Project or Company level Directory tool.
- Click Edit next to the person you want to add as an employee.
- Scroll down and mark the checkbox next to Is Employee Of [Your company]?
- Click Save at the bottom.
