Add Productivity Entries (Android)

Objective

To add an entry to the Productivity section of the Daily Log using the Procore app on an Android mobile device.

Background

The Productivity section allows you to track how much material arrives on site and how much is installed. Any "Approved" subcontracts or purchase orders with the Unit/Quantity accounting method will appear here so you can track the installation against the line items in the contract.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on an Android mobile device.
  2. Navigate to the project's Daily Log tool.
  3. Tap the date to select the calendar day for which you want to create a new entry.
  4. Tap the Add icon-plus-quick-create-mobile2.png icon.
  5. Tap Productivity.
  6. Tap Contract and select the purchase order or commitment.
  7. Tap Line Item and select the line item.
  8. Tap Quantity Delivered and enter the amount.
  9. Tap Quantity Put-In-Place and enter the amount.
  10. Tap Save.
