View RFIs (iOS)
Objective
To view an RFI using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- To view all open or closed RFIs not marked as 'Private':
- 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's RFIs tool
- To view all draft RFIs:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool
- To view all open or closed RFIs not marked as 'Private':
- Additional Information:
- An open or closed RFI marked as 'Private' is only visible to its creator, RFI Manager, Assignee, Distribution List members and users with 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool.
- Users with the 'View Private RFIs Associated to Users within Same Company' granular permission enabled on their permission template can view an RFI marked 'Private' if another user in their company is the RFI's creator or is designated as the RFI Manager, an Assignee or a Distribution List member.
- A draft RFI is only visible to its creator, RFI Manager and users with 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool. See Who can view a 'Draft' RFI?
- This asset or item can be viewed or edited in offline mode provided that it was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.
- An open or closed RFI marked as 'Private' is only visible to its creator, RFI Manager, Assignee, Distribution List members and users with 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool.
Steps
- Navigate to the RFIs tool using the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
- Optional: Search for and Filter RFIs (iOS).
- Tap an RFI to view its details.
