Create Timecard Entries
Objective
To create timecard entries in the project's Daily Log tool.

Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
OR - 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool AND be marked as an employee of your company. See How do I add someone as an employee of my company?
Note: Users assigned 'Standard' level permissions can only create timecard entries for themselves.
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Daily Log tool.
- Additional Information:
- If your project is also using Procore's Project Financials tools, you can set up a budget view that uses data entered in a timecard to update your project's budget. To learn more, see Field Productivity and Project Financials: Setup Guide.
- Limitations:
- For Procore customers using Project Financials tools, keep in mind that timecard entries do NOT interact with the 'Procore Labor Productivity Cost' budget view. For more information, see Set Up the Procore Labor Productivity Cost Budget View.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Daily Log tool.
- Scroll to the Timecards section.
- Enter the following information:
- Click Create.
