Deactivate a Deficiency Item Template on a Project

Objective

To deactivate a Deficiency List template at the Project level. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions: 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Deficiency List tool.
• Additional Information:
  • Deficiency List item templates deactivated at the Project level will still be available on other projects and at the Company level.

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Deficiency List tool.
2. Click the Configure Settings  icon.
3. Click Deficiency List Templates.
4. Scroll to the template you want to deactivate.
5. Uncheck the box under the column titled 'Active.'
