Create a Deficiency List Item iOS Android					'Standard' level users can create deficiency list items, they cannot assign a deficiency list item unless they have been granted special permission to act as the Deficiency Item Manager. 'Standard' level users can view all responses, but can only update their response if they are listed as an assignee on the deficiency list item. This action can be performed offline. Tasks performed offline will be synced with Procore once a network connection has been reestablished.

Edit a Deficiency List Item iOS Android					'Standard' level users can edit deficiency list items that they have created if the item's status is in 'Draft,' or 'In Dispute.' 'Standard' level users who have been granted permission to act as Deficiency Item Manager can edit items in which they are listed as the Deficiency Item Manager, except when the item's status is 'Draft'. Note: A 'Standard' user must be added to the 'Standard permission users who can act as a Deficiency Item Manager' section of the Deficiency List tool's configure settings in order to be selected as a Deficiency Item Manager. This item can be viewed or edited offline provided that the item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.

Respond to a Deficiency List Item Assigned to Users within your Company iOS Android			'Respond to Deficiency List Items Assigned to Users Within Same Company'		Alternatively, 'Standard' level users can respond to a deficiency list item if they are listed as the item's 'Deficiency Item Manager', 'Assignee', or 'Final Approver'.

View non-Private Deficiency List Item iOS Android					'Standard' and 'Read Only' users can only view these items after they have been sent to the Assignee. This item can be viewed or edited offline provided that the item was previously viewed and cached on your mobile device.
